Discovery and scope

Design and mapping
Business analysts map business objects in Hopp Studio, in business terms. Our experts work hands-on at first and step back as your team takes over.
Rehearse, run after run
Test migrations start early and run on all your data, so business users test the new system with their own data long before go-live. Hopp Portal compares each run with the last.
Go-live and sign-off
Your business signs off on evidence: every record checked, every issue resolved or accepted. Hopp is responsible for carrying out the migration; your business stays accountable for the decision. Your team keeps the maps, rules and know-how for the next one.
