    • The company performed in line with peers in the Environmental pillar, demonstrating some awareness and action in the ESG space. Challenges remain and are specific to individual pillar topics, particularly around Social.To progress toward ESG excellence, Hopp Tech should leverage existing ESG capabilities to strengthen low-performing topic scores.
  • Business
    • Hopp Tech is placed in the lowest quartile when ranked against industry peers. Average results in the Financial Management category was countered by lower scores in Business Model, Customer Management and Team Management. Enhancing performance in these categories will help differentiate the company's value proposition and increase its overall Business score.
  • Technology
    • Hopp Tech’s scores for Design, Build and Deploy reflect a well-managed software company. The Support score is impacted by Resiliency and Monitoring practices. Application/Data Integration, Customisation and Execution all show strength. Risk Management, Monitoring, Analytics, Resiliency, Competitiveness and Training show potential. Recognised quality/security certifications would strengthen the offering.
  • Maturity Band
